CRISTAL Fit® technology

CRISTAL Fit® is an advanced body contouring system that uses high-intensity electromagnetic muscle stimulation (HI-EMMS). This technology uses a focussed electromagnetic field with intensity measured in Tesla and is based on Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction.

The electromagnetic field penetrates the body non-invasively and interacts with motor neurones, resulting in intense muscle contractions. The frequency generated by CRISTAL Fit® prevents complete muscle relaxation between contractions, leaving the muscles in a constant tense state. These involuntary contractions are more efficient than voluntary muscle movements because they occur independently of brain function.

The treatment stimulates the cells and promotes muscle growth. This leads to an increase in muscle volume (hypertrophy) and the number and density of muscle fibres (hyperplasia). The result is a defined silhouette with increased muscle volume.

CRISTAL Fit® offers a pain-free treatment. The induced electromagnetic field activates the motor neurones without irritating the pain receptors, unlike electrical stimulation.
